I’m a content strategist, relationship builder, and storytelling enthusiast who thrives at the intersection of planning and creativity. At BrandDog, I lead content strategy, client management, and thought leadership initiatives, helping our clients show up online in a way that’s structured, strategic, and totally aligned with who they are. From social media calendars and blog content to newsletters and profile development, I’m all about bringing big ideas to life through thoughtful messaging and meaningful engagement.
Before joining BrandDog, I spent over a decade in marketing and communications roles across agencies and corporate teams. I’ve managed everything from high-level brand strategy and social media to internal communications and campaign performance analysis. I’ve worked closely with clients to craft standout strategies that drive connection and growth, and I’ve learned how to turn ideas into impact—whether it’s building an editorial calendar, managing a campaign rollout, or simply helping a client find the right words.
I’m also the owner and lead photographer behind Nicole B Photography, where I capture weddings and family stories across Cleveland. That creative work constantly inspires my marketing life and vice versa. Whether I’m behind a camera or a strategy deck, I love the challenge of making things feel personal, polished, and purposeful.
What I love most about BrandDog is how collaborative everything feels. It’s the kind of place where every project is personal, every idea gets better with input, and every win is shared. I get to work closely with amazing clients, build lasting relationships, and create content that not only looks good but truly makes a difference.
My favorite part of the process is that moment when it all clicks. The messaging, the visuals, the strategy come together into something that just feels right. I’m proud of every project I touch because I pour my heart into each one.
My team would probably describe me as forward-thinking, creative, and always looking ahead. I’ve got a knack for taking a few thoughts or rough notes and turning them into something polished and powerful. I bring a planning mindset to everything I do, but also a deep care for the work and the people behind it.
Outside of work, I’m either running photography sessions, hanging out with my husband and daughter, at the gym, or getting a walk in on my lunch break (when the Cleveland weather cooperates). I recharge best with a blanket, tea, and no distractions. If I weren’t doing this, I’d probably be running my photography business full-time or doing something in fitness.
Marketing trend I love? Brands that lead with personality and a little humor. What I’d leave behind? Video editing. I know it’s important, but it’s not my zone of genius. My favorite marketing advice? Getting results is like losing weight. Quick fixes don’t last, but strategy and consistency always win.
